This policy outlines our approach to refunds for Urban Thekedaar subscription plans. Please read it carefully before subscribing.
1. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. By subscribing to any Urban Thekedaar plan, you agree to these refund terms. Fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual).
2. Trial Period
A 30-day free trial is provided to all new subscribers. No charge is made during the trial period. After the trial expires, the subscription fee for your selected plan is automatically charged. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment — where the same transaction was charged more than once
- Technical billing error — where an incorrect amount was charged due to a platform error
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge with supporting evidence.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@urbanthekedaar.in with the subject line: "Refund Request"
Include in your email:
- Your registered account email address
- Transaction ID or payment reference number
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting screenshot or proof (if applicable)
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
